Review for Olive Tree by Justin Rating: I have been going here with my family for the past several years. Have not been here for a month or so since I moved out. This palce looks great, fills fast, had great food, wonderful service Cons: Its pricier than most restaurants in the area, for a couple and a full dinner prepare to pay 40 or more.
The place is stunning; take time to wander the Mansion and look at the woodworking and other details. Service was top notch. Free Range Rover shuttle was excellent. Honor bar in the billboards room was fantastic as was the complimentary breakfast spread the next morning. Very close to everything downtown Buffalo has to offer. The only reason I didn't give the facilities a top rating is because some of the cabinets or other fixtures in the room could use replacement.
Just some basic wear and tear that is easily remedied. Intuitively designed rooms and suites include local artwork, platform beds, spa-inspired bathrooms and terrific views.

All Reviews Couples Families. We had an excellent nights stay. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and modern and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay again. My wife and I we live in Buffalo stayed here for a weekend "staycation" to do things in the city that we wouldn't typically do, despite living about miles away. The hotel was very nice, the room was well appointed, staff were friendly.

Sinking into plush bedding. A serene stay with a Wyndham Hotel Group Property make up the moments that create memories to last a lifetime. Huge space, full kitchen. The staff was friendly and the room was more than we expected!
Size of room and high ceilings. Kitchen was spacious and ideal if we were staying longer. Cleanliness of bathroom was poor. The living room rug was dirty and stained. No blind on middle window - odd. Beautiful rooms, very clean. Nice pool and hot tub area. It was my first time working with kayak, and everything went super smooth. Check in was easy and the hotel room was gorgeous. Beds could be a little more comfortable, but im just very picky. Gorgeous hotel room, and super clean. This Hampton Inn is right in the center of Downtown Buffalo with great bars, restaurants and sights within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious.
Plus, the rates were generally affordable. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and responsive when addressing my complaints.
The gym had basic equipment and was organized and appeared clean. No big deal, but there was no mini fridge in the room, so we could not preserve leftover food or keep drinks cold. The customer service at the front desk was terrible.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The hotel room was not thoroughly cleaned including floors, toilet, sink and counter. I found items under bed and side table from previous guests.
There was a broken piece on the closet door that made a loud noise every time opened. Rotten fruit and stale bread put out at breakfast. I posted Do Not Disturb sign two days and both days an employee woke me knocking on the door. Featured amenities include luggage storage and an elevator lift.

I appreciated free wifi, a nice fitness club, with hot tub and pool, and a decent free breakfast. The location was amazing, even though the weather wasn't great we were a short walk from a bunch of different restaurants and bars. Patrick's Day parade right from the room. Love the whole experience, the large bathtub, the evening reception and the omelet station at breakfast. Hotel was very clean. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious.
Proximity to arena is great. I will definetely be coming back again. I liked how seemingly clean my room was. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms spacious and clean, excellent breakfast and evening happy hour. When the heating system in our room cycled on, it made a noise that sounded like an alarm going off. Not loud, but loud enough to wake us up repeatedly. When we first arrived housekeeping entered our room with out knocking and proceeded to have a conversation with us while we were in bed, it bothered me that they hadn't communicated that we had already checked in.
They were wondering when we were checking out even though we had just checked in maybe 2 hours before. It's a little pricey but that's about it. I love this place. Been here before, will be back again. Nice room, great staff.
We made reservations thru a trusted website and drove: The receptionist said she could not fiend out reservation. We shower her the confirming email and a printout of the rxomfirmation of our room with 2 queen birds and a out couch. Having to pay for a second room and waisted all of our time that we missed our event.
It was a waisted trip and also very frustrating. I didn't appreciate that during the middle my check-in the front desk woman took a random phone call about "potential cancellation". The call took awhile and she didn't even apologize for the wait. When I called they said it will take at least 3 days to credit my account. I like transparency when I lodge. Wyndham Garden Buffalo Downtown. You can explore the downtown area using a free local shuttle, or schedule a shuttle ride to or from Buffalo Niagara International Airport for an additional fee.
Plus, enjoy breakfast, dinner, or drinks at the tasty onsite restaurant. Very good location, clean comfortable room. The rooms were clean and the location was convenient to downtown. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Parking is by valet at extra cost. I called in the morning, as instructed, to ask for my car.
They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. When we came down to the lobby, they had forgotten to get the car and apologized. Then next morning, I called down again for the car and it still seemed that they hadn't retrieved it when we arrived the lobby. On another note, I told them that the shower light bulb needed replacement and requested firm pillows since the down pillows flatten into a pancake.
The bulb was not changed and firm pillows never delivered. Parking is limited due to its location. It's all paid parking or street parking unless you want to pay for valet parking through the hotel. Hotel parking is available nearby at additional charge in parking garage.

Had to be at the convention center and hotel is just a short walk from the convention center. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent!
Also liked the complimentary bottled water. Very helpful staff, big room, and good breakfast buffet. Room was very well furnished, clean and comfortable..
Hotel on premises, location to public transportation, cleanliness, overall everything was great. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I had ever slept on - and the sheets had a subtle, very fresh scent. Location was great and 1 bedroom was plenty spacious. It was close to the train and bus route stops.
There were plenty of places to eat and have a drink near by. We will definitely stay here again. A huge, clean and comfortable room for a reasonable price. Everyone was very helpful. Extremely comfortable king bed and a great 6 pillow selection.
Very clean with 2 tv's in 2 diff. Staff was very courteous. Refrigerator could have been a bit colder but kept food cold enough. While there were two widescreen TVs in the room, neither had a very good picture no HD? Windows were dirty, inside and out. My room was noisy from some internal ventilation noise. TGIFridays was very loud and dirty.
